Customer satisfaction is very important to us, please contact us immediately by phone or email if there is an issue with your order. Please tell us your item issue and send images if applicable. Claims must be submitted within 10 business days of receipt. Restaurant Matchbooks.com reserves the right to refuse returns.

Return policy applies to blank orders only. Printed items are not eligible for returns. Upon reviewing and accepting your claim, full or partial refund will be processed within 7-10 days of receipt of returned goods. A 10% restocking fee is applied to all returns.
